Event location
This year's conference will take place at the TELUS Convention Centre, located in downtown Calgary at 136 8 Ave SE.
The livestream for online ticket holders will be hosted by Chime Live - a virtual event platform that will also be used as the conference app. Your login details will be emailed to you two business days before the event date.

As we approach the upcoming conference, we wanted to remind our attendees that the exhibitor tradeshow has been retired from the event format. Many people noticed the word tradeshow was dropped from the event title, and some have seen the FAQ that explained why.
To recap and ensure there are no surprises, the decision to remove the tradeshow was made to bring the focus back to the event's main program, including keynote presentations, speaker sessions and peer-to-peer networking. We want to ensure that attendees can fully engage with the content and focus on taking away tangible strategies and insights to build on their real estate business in 2023.
This decision was also made with previous exhibitor and attendee feedback in mind.
To the benefit of attendees, we’ve taken the time previously allotted to the tradeshow and added it to Ann-Marie Lurie’s presentation. This year, attendees can enjoy an extended presentation and Q+A during the 2023 Housing Market Forecast for Calgary and Area.
Conference attendees will still have the opportunity to connect with our event sponsors, who will be in attendance to network and showcase their products and services.
